What this site does — and does not do
This website sets no cookies, embeds no fonts, maps, videos or scripts from third parties, and contains no analytics or tracking tool. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to. Every file — images, typeface, scripts — is served from the same server as the page itself.
Server log files
When you open the site, technically necessary access data is processed: shortened IP address, timestamp, the address requested, status code, volume transferred, referrer and user agent. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is secure and trouble-free operation. The data is deleted after 14 days at the latest and is not combined with any other source.
Delivery and hosting
The website runs on servers in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH, Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 1, 65189 Wiesbaden) and is delivered over the content delivery network of Cloudflare Germany GmbH, which filters and accelerates the traffic. Data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR are in place with both providers.

If you write to us, we process what you send in order to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the correspondence once it is no longer required and no commercial or tax retention obligation stands in the way.
Transfer to a third country
The controller is established in the United Arab Emirates. There is no adequacy decision of the European Commission for the UAE. Where personal data is transferred there — your email to us, for example — we rely on Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract, or pre-contractual measures taken at your request). Operation of the website itself, including its log files, takes place in Germany.
Artificial intelligence
We use AI tooling to draft design, code and copy, reviewed by a person before publication. This is disclosed at How we work. No AI system processes your personal data on this website, and nothing you send us is used to train a model.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) (Art. 21). A message to info@solaryxdev.com is enough. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77).
No automated decision-making
No automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.
